# Downloading .PDF Reports

Downloading PDF Reports

1. Sign-In in to [admin.riskbase.uk](http://admin.riskbase.uk).
2. Right click on an organisation in the explorer.
3. Click **Assessments**.
4. Use the filter to search for an assessment.
5. Right-click on it and select either **Download Approved PDF** or **Download Live PDF**.

**Alternatively:**

1. Double click on an assessment to view its details.
2. Click **Get Report** (top of the screen).
3. Select either **Download Approved PDF** or **Download Live PDF**.
