# Searching and Filtering Assessments

Searching and Filtering Assessments

*All of an organisation’s assessments are easily accessible in admin.*

*This is useful for previewing and downloading reports, submitting and approving assessments, and viewing an assessment’s history (E.g., any status changes made).*

**Filtering assessments:**

1. Sign in to [admin.riskbase.uk](http://admin.riskbase.uk).
2. Find an organisation in the explorer.
3. Right click on it and select **Assessments**.
4. On the left hand side, select any number of filters from the drop down menus (E.g., status, type, assessor, etc.).
5. Click **Load Assessments**.

**Viewing assessments under a specific property:**

1. Find a property using the explorer.
2. Right-click on it and select **Assessments**.

All assessments performed for that property will appear on the right-hand side.
