Signing-In

This page will explain how to sign-in to the RiskBase app.

Get the app

• Download the RiskBase application onto a phone or tablet through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• To access the app on a desktop, search 'app.riskbase.uk' in a web browser.

Note: the web browser that the app tends to function most smoothly on is Google Chrome.

Pre-requisites

• Each user must ensure an account has already been set up in their name in order to log in.

• Each new RiskBase customer must book a free quick demonstration of the software before being set up with an account.

Signing-in

1. Open the RiskBase app.

2. Enter an email address - make sure it is the one that has been set-up on RiskBase.

3. Press Next.

1. A 6-digit code will be sent to that email address.

2. Enter this code into the app.

Passwordless Sign-in

• Each new account on RiskBase is passwordless.

• This ensures greater security for each user’s data, as passwords cannot be shared, while avoiding the inconvenience of passwords being forgotten.

• Accounts can be made passworded upon request. Please email [e-mail] to do so.
