In this status only an author may make amendments and this is done when a property is downloaded. Submitted Once completed an assessor can submit their report. A submitted assessment can be edited by a validator within QC and approved, or sent back to the assessor with notes. Approved This is the final status of an assessment. Following any required edits to the assessment and once all parties are happy the assessment can be approved. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
