Viewing and Editing Organisation Details
When setting up an account, it’s important to make sure all organisation details are correct and up to date in the app. This will ensure it appears correctly on reports.
Viewing Assessor Details:
Go to Settings in the app (bottom right corner).
Click on the organisation’s name. Organisation details will appear on the right hand side.
To edit the organisation details, click Change next to Details.
An address, phone number, and website address can be added. This will appear at the bottom of the first page in a report.
Under this, options can also be selected to only allow approval of assessments if an address, logo, phone, or website is provided here.
Click Save.
